So this is the debut LP from Whirr, long awaited after the June and Distressor EPs and it's just as poppy, and jangly, and shoegazey as everything else, but there's something different about this release. Something about the general vibe I get, and the way the wall of sound coalesces with the perfect voice singing along. I can't quite put my finger on it, but give it a spin. Try to tell me you don't like it.
