i actually did like a lot of it, but i was so worried about it to begin with (as i have explained at length to you a few months ago) that it kind of just fit into the hole i had already dug for it. i think plugged in was meant to be fast, i have another remix of the ellie goulding song thats far more interesting, upside down was starkly disappointing, and immigraniada sounded retarded, but would be amazing live. also i cant really tell the difference between heads up versions (im sure there are endless numbers and depths of electric noodling added in, TJ, but i still dont care).
that said, i like most of the stuff i hadnt heard, except for probable cause, because i hate, HATE that fucking early 90's west coast rap synth.
im not saying its bad, at all. i just would never approach this with "aoty". i think it couldve made like...two really solid EPs.
and before TJ tries to shart back something inane, thank you for posting it, and im glad hes still as flawless live as ever. i just thought the album side of things was duller than i was hoping.

WIRED dubstep remix. the two sound almost identical, but one gets the same job done in 3.5 minutes instead of 5.

although the bassnectar version does have that trebly little synth sliding around on the upper floors that i like.

i like bassnec's plugged in a lot better, it's more bouncy and the highs definitely shine in it.
heads up 2011 has different drums on second drop and is just a little meatier, which isn't saying much.
I liked what you said about it fitting perfectly into the hole you dug, but i still dig (lolz) the album. all the songs, upside down especially, are fucking killer live. perhaps it will grow on you a lil. and when you said immgraniada was retarded, was that good retarded or bad?
