For anyone who doesn't know, Rob Crow is a genius. And I think he hates you? Yes, he does.Anyway, that is neither here nor there. The important thing here is that Pinback is a great, great band and this is my favorite of their albums. The music ranges from kind of ambient and acoustic to stright up poppy fun. I love it, and what's not to love? This album showcases Rob Crow's song writing superbly. I know there is another guy in the band, but whatever. Either way, this is a great set of songs for any mood; raining on the beach or sunbathing in the dark. And if you're skeptical about it, watch this and rectify your indecisiveness:
