holy god. this is the finest ambient drone album i have heard since ben frost. better than aidan bakers solo stuff, better than cylon. it covers near-endless sonic territory without making you feel like you are wading through drone, but stays true enough to a theme that you dont have the problem of trying to sleep to a last days album where the tone shifts wildly from song to song.whats even better is that you can visually sum up the entire album by looking at the cover art. think of every emotion you could possibly feel while being in that picture, then listen to the album straight through. it is fucking phenomenal.
